Store Policy and Refunds
Some items are made to order, wait times can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion.
Orders are fulfilled in the order which they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
-As a seller, we are expected to be in compliance with the import laws and regulations of the countries we ship to. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package.
-Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
-Echo Six Designs ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
